[uWSGI] [ANNOUNCE] uWSGI 2.0.16 LTS

Hi everyone, after months of cherry-picking and backporting a new LTS
release of the uWSGI project is available.

Take into account that it contains the fix for CVE-2018-6758 announced a
couple of days ago.
